Deliver best-practice training, on-the-job coaching, and development of procedures and materials to ensure the operator achieves sustainable, compliant Technical Records capability for scheduled, unscheduled, repair, and modification work. This role is part of a support function assigned to a German customer providing expertise, training and advise to a newly formed fleet of Boeing P-8 Poseidon Maritime Patrol Aircraft.Candidate must hold, or be able to hold UK SC **Basic Qualifications**: Fluent written and spoken English **Preferred Competencies:*** A good communicator, with a demonstrable ability to communicate technical work requirements* Capable and experienced in sequencing and controlling demanding workloads, on time, to budget and to the required standard* Capable of understanding and interpreting Technical data* Able to work as a team member of a small group, assigned to locations away from home* Ability to form strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse groups. **Preferred Education/Experience:*** Ideally educated in a relevant technical discipline* Experience in Technical Records management or Documents Control in a CAMO or Maintenance Repair Organisation* Military or Civil Aircraft Maintenance experience.
