IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Operation of IT security systems such as firewalls, VPN solutions, XDR, Azure, M365 and support in the implementation of IT projects.
- Ensuring the availability, confidentiality and integrity of the IT systems used as well as analyzing and solving problems.
- Assistance with first-level support for 150 users.
- Develop and implement security strategies, policies and measures to protect our systems and data from threats.
- Implementation of system and program enhancements and integration of company-specific solutions.
- Administration and documentation creation of IT systems.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in the field of IT / computer science and professional experience in a comparable position.
- Knowledge of IT security, including current technologies, standards and best practices as well as experience with Microsoft products.
- Good knowledge of operating systems in the client-server environment, Windows Server from version 2016, from Windows 10 and good knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Hybrid and/or Exchange Online as well as network administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments – in particular MS Office (O365), Microsoft Azure and cloud applications.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, ability to work in a team and good comprehension skills.
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working with an understanding of the role as an internal service provider.
