The Role

Our Assistant Store Managers are key to the success of the HOKA brand. They partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver excellent customer service, and communicate our company values, vision, and mission. They navigate complex business environments to satisfy customers and develop teams under pressure.

Recognizing community\’s importance, you will foster connections within and outside the store through engaging interactions, local initiatives, and participation in brand events. Your industry and market awareness will enable proactive collaboration with store and district managers to exceed customer expectations.

Your Impact

• Ensure top-tier customer service and prioritize brand and product knowledge training.
• Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase traffic, and profitability.

• Onboard and train team members for high performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute visual directives.
• Support initiatives that enhance the customer journey.
• Manage inventory and store operations, ensuring policy compliance.
• Hire and maintain a talented team through effective recruitment.
• Ensure smooth store operations fostering a culture of compliance and efficiency.

Special Focus: Visual Merchandising & Community Engagement

This role emphasizes enhancing the visual experience and store standards, collaborating with regional teams to tailor strategies for Berlin, leading visual execution, and building community relationships through events, partnerships, and volunteer programs.
