Position Overview

As a Payroll Specialist at Ralph Lauren in Munich, you will be part of our dynamic team, reporting to the Senior Payroll Specialist for Germany. You will be responsible for payroll processing for Germany, Austria, and Poland, working closely with HR colleagues and store managers to ensure efficient payroll operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing independently via Cloudpay
• Manage personnel movements (hire/exit, illness, overtime)
• Coordinate social security and tax payments
• Support the regional benefits program
• Communicate with external insurance providers
• Prepare payroll analyses and reports
• Assist store managers with the self-service tool
• Maintain payroll trackers and SharePoint data

Your Profile

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• At least 2 years of experience in independent payroll accounting
• Experience with payroll systems (Cloudpay/Workday preferred)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Analytical and organizational skills
• High confidentiality and reliability
• Team-oriented approach
• Flexibility during busy periods
• Passion for payroll and HR topics
• Fluent in English and German
