This is particularly true for our ERP solution – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – which is used globally at BOLIA since early 2021. While our ERP solution is based on standard functionalities, it is extensively customized to support complex business events and achieve a high level of process automation. This customization allows us to tailor the system precisely to our needs, greatly contributing to the growth journey we are on. But our ambitions go even further, and we want to get even more value from our ERP solution. Therefore, we need a new colleague to join the team and help make that happen.

Your Responsibilities

As an ERP Developer at BOLIA, you will be at the heart of our IT Applications team, playing a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. Your efforts will directly impact the daily workflows of your colleagues, ensuring that our ERP solution not only meets but exceeds their expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic, reflecting the fast-paced and ambitious nature of our company.

Among the many tasks you will undertake, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Develop and customize modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business needs, in close collaboration with both your colleagues in IT and the business users.
2. Integrate solutions with existing and new systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. This includes Bolia.com, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft D365 CE, PowerPlatform, Microsoft Cloud POS, Payment Providers, PIM etc.
3. Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and security.
4. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet functional and performance requirements – and troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
5. Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within your field.
6. Assist in keeping the system up to date with D365 F&O updates.

Your Skills

We value your personality and mindset just as much as your background and skills. To succeed in this role, you should have as much experience as possible in:

1. Technical designing, coding (X++), testing, and troubleshooting custom solutions within Microsoft D365 F&O (Minimum 3 years of experience required).
2. Translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
3. Exploring new technologies and innovative problem-solving.
4. Collaborating with IT consultants/specialists and business stakeholders.
5. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
6. Coordinating the migration of customizations across environments (but not managing the deploy process).
7. Providing production support for Dynamics 365 F&O.

Additionally, it is equally important that you:

1. Have effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with different stakeholders.
2. Strive to improve yourself and others each day, raising the standards.
3. Are a service-minded person who enjoys helping and collaborating with colleagues.
4. Have a proactive attitude with an eye for details within a broader context.
5. Speak and write Danish and English at a high level.
