We are looking to hire a Working Student Operations Coordinator to join our People & Workplace team in Berlin, Germany. About the role The Working Student Operations Coordinator supports the People and Workplace team by handling employee-related physical documents in Germany. Responsibilities include managing tasks like printing, signing, mailing, and archiving, while ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and smooth coordination with remote teams. The role requires discretion and tact in handling sensitive employee documentation. Main tasks and responsibilities: ✓ Handle physical HR and payroll documents, including scanning, uploading, and secure storage. ✓ Manage workflows involving wet signatures, courier prep, and filing per compliance policies. ✓ Serve as the local contact for the Estonia-based People Ops team, supporting key document tasks. ✓ Maintain personnel filing systems and coordinate with external storage providers as needed. ✓ Distribute official HR documents (e.g., termination, reference letters) accurately and on time. ✓ Support on-site logistics like post handling, courier pickups, and general office coordination. About you: ✓ You are about people and be passionate about helping others. ✓ You have high attention to detail and you are able to multitask. ✓ You have excellent spoken and written English and German, any other language is a plus. ✓ You are passionate about new technology and communicating with international team. ✓ You are very delicate about information which is trusted to you. ✓ You have a positive can do attitude.
