About The Role

We are hiring a Junior Legal Counsel based in Tallinn to support our Northern EU markets. The role requires excellent legal skills and the ability to thrive in an international environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the future of mobility.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day legal support focusing on Scooters and Bolt Drive business lines, collaborating with Senior Legal Counsels.
2. Draft and review commercial agreements, including lease, licensing, cooperation, supplier agreements, and terms and conditions.
3. Advise product, engineering, sales, and business development teams during product development, rollout, and expansion.
4. Drive legal development and process streamlining as Bolt scales.
5. Collaborate with the legal and privacy teams on new business ideas and product launches.
6. Support corporate governance, NDA, Power of Attorney requests, and coordinate external legal support.

About You

• Qualified lawyer in a Northern EU market.
• 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm or international company.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German, Swedish, or Estonian.
• Experience with rental agreements, public tenders, T&Cs, contract review, or consumer protection.
• Independent, proactive, creative, responsible, with a \’consider-it-done\‘ attitude.
• Flexible remote work with 2-3 days in the office per week.
