- Lead and execute user experience and design initiatives within the Incentives group
- Scale the Bolt Plus programme and develop new ways to engage customers across Bolt's services, verticals, and markets
- Co-lead the vision, strategy, and execution of customer subscription and loyalty programmes, including Bolt Plus
- Own the process end to end, from discovery to global launch
- Define and deliver short-and long-term roadmaps aligned with company goals and stakeholders across Rides, Rentals, and Delivery
- Contribute to growth strategy across Bolt verticals and influence ways of working within the global design function
- Advocate for users, conduct usability tests, and base design decisions on user research and feedback
- Collaborate with User Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints
- Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability
- Manage design projects, meet timelines, and balance multiple tasks
- Contribute to or develop design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products
- Create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that improve engagement and satisfaction
Требования:
- Experience as a Staff Product Designer and a track record of shipping digital products serving millions of users
- Experience designing growth, incentives, or subscription-based products, with an understanding of balancing user needs and business impact
- A portfolio showcasing mobile and web design, including UI and UX work
- Proficiency with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and usability testing tools
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to apply current design trends and emerging technologies to work **Nice to have:** Experience in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company
