Overview
As a Business Analyst in HR, you will align IT and HR initiatives to optimize workloads, budgets, and project delivery. You will collaborate with ITSD, HR stakeholders, and the PMO to ensure timely, well-governed projects and successful go-lives. You’ll translate business needs into experiments and tests, support UAT, and present investment cases to leadership. This role offers international exposure and opportunities to influence HR process improvements within a cutting-edge mobility company.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Monitor workload and backlog across ITSD HR projects
- Provide regular IT Roadmap updates to ITSD and Business Stakeholder committees
- Lead ITSD Governance Meetings for procurement
- Develop budgets and project requests; present at investment board meetings
- Support test case definition, UAT, and go-live hyper-care activities
- Collaborate with Rotax and Global IT PMO to execute projects
- Ensure adherence to defined project phases and tollgate criteria
- Organize regular jour-fixe with Business stakeholders to align priorities and identify risks
- Coordinate and track budgets for IT projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- HTL Matura or university/FH degree with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Business Administration and Process expertise in Industrial Business
- Business knowledge and HR process knowledge
- Understanding and experience of HR processes
- Strong prioritization and delegation with project teams
- Very good English; German is an asset
