Finance Improvement Projects Leader (m/f/d) in Gunskirchen

Overview

In this role you drive transformation and continuous improvement within BRP-Rotax Finance. You partner with General Accounting, EFSSC and Controlling to boost efficiency, digital innovation, and process excellence. You lead cross-functional software projects and implement SAP FI/CO, while optimizing finance processes through automation. You will shape how finance operates, enabling data-driven decision making and scalable solutions. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence a global finance organization and its technology roadmap.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Coordinate, execute, and follow up on software-related projects across General Accounting, EFSSC, Controlling, and other departments
• Prepare business cases and decision materials for Finance leadership
• Conduct market research and benchmarking for software solutions
• Implement SAP FI/CO projects in collaboration with the Finance IT Coordinator
• Optimize Finance processes via automation and programming initiatives
• Analyze and redesign processes such as CAPEX planning/reporting, digital fixed asset inventory management, and travel expense management

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 3–5 years of experience in a finance role
• Project management experience is a strong asset
• Advanced expertise in SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in German and English
