In this role you drive end-to-end technical delivery for HR software solutions, translating business needs into functional designs and ensuring quality across the full lifecycle. You will shape the HR tech landscape by aligning with architecture, governing external partners, and enabling compliant data integration. You will work in a multinational setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant HR solutions that support business goals. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Own end-to-end technical delivery across projects, enhancements, and change requests through the full software lifecycle
• Translate HR business requirements into functional solutions, collaborating with Business Analysts, IS Coordinators, PMO, and Solution Architecture
• Drive solution architecture alignment and contribute to a harmonized, scalable application landscape
• Lead and govern external development partners, coordinating delivery and acting as a technical quality gate
• Ensure testing excellence by defining test scenarios with PMO and executing functional testing
• Steer data transformation and integration topics in collaboration with Data Engineering & Architecture
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence with IT governance (SOX, ITSM) and support for assigned applications

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Completed HTL Matura
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience
• Technical knowledge in SAP HCM system
• Understanding of HR processes
• Very good knowledge of English
• German knowledge is an asset
