Overview
As Supplier Quality Coordinator at BRP-Rotax, you will manage strategic supplier relationships and ensure a qualified, competitive supplier base across procurement categories. You’ll drive global standardization, support make-or-buy decisions, and oversee the full supplier lifecycle with a focus on governance and compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier performance and development. This role offers international exposure and opportunities to shape sustainable, high-performance supplier networks.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships across procurement categories
- Ensure availability of qualified, competitive suppliers globally
- Act as SME on supplier profiles, capabilities, and sourcing options
- Drive global standardization and harmonization within supplier base
- Support make-or-buy decisions and supplier selection with internal stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, system integration, phase-out)
- Maintain governance and data integrity of supplier master data in ERP and supplier systems
- Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, escalate issues
- Conduct supplier capability assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Support supplier development initiatives with buyers and quality teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience with ERP and supplier management systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
- Strong understanding of global supplier markets and supply chain dynamics
- Analytical skills with reporting and dashboards for supplier performance
- Ability to work across cultures and cross-functional teams
