In this role you will analyze and shape capacity and footprint strategies, building robust business cases for investments, site choices, and organizational structure. You’ll support long-term capacity planning and inventory optimization while delivering structured insights across production, logistics, procurement, and planning. You will present findings to stakeholders and work closely with cross-functional teams to align with business strategy. - Analyze capacity and footprint topics and support strategic decisions
- Conduct Make-or-Buy analyses and develop business cases
- Develop investment, site-location, and organizational structure analyses
- Support long-term capacity planning and inventory optimization
- Prepare structured insights across production, logistics, procurement, and planning
- Create and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategy
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain or finance
- Strong analytical skills for profitability and business case analyses
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-department collaboration
- Fluency in German and English
