Overview

As Team Lead Powertrain Calibration, you guide an international team of calibration experts to deliver advanced powertrain solutions. You shape calibration strategies, processes, and engineering standards to meet customer requirements and product milestones. You’ll balance technical leadership with people development, driving performance across prototype to serial production. This role blends hands-on calibration work with cross-functional leadership in a global, innovation-driven company.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead an international calibration team and foster cross-department collaboration
• Oversee resource allocation and prioritization across multiple development initiatives
• Monitor calibration progress to align with development milestones
• Develop and continuously improve calibration processes and methodologies
• Define and implement new control and calibration features addressing customer needs and performance
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of calibration solutions from prototype to serial production
• Manage budgets, resources, and technical priorities across programs

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Proven track record in automotive, powersports, motorsports or commercial vehicles
• Technical expertise in calibration, powertrain, and vehicle development
• Deep knowledge of ICE development, powertrain or vehicle control systems, and calibration methodologies
• Experience leading technical experts and high-performing engineering teams
• Strong ability to manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional programs
• Collaborative and empowering leadership style with accountability and people development
• Fluent English; German is an advantage, French is a plus
