Overview
In this FP&A Manager role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the EMEA region, partnering with regional leaders and Global Finance to enable strategic decisions. You’ll build models, run scenario analyses, and deliver insightful executive materials. You’ll drive business partnering, cost discipline, and governance, while mentoring the FP&A team and improving processes and data quality. This is a regional leadership position at BRP, focused on enabling data‑driven growth and financial visibility across markets.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead annual budgeting for EMEA with cross-functional inputs
- Develop and maintain financial models for short- and long-term forecasting
- Perform scenario planning and what-if analyses to assess resilience
- Create analytical reporting solutions using SQL, Snowflake, Knime and Power BI
- Prepare executive-level presentations with insights and recommendations
- Act as trusted finance partner to regional leaders and drive cost discipline
- Mentor and develop the FP&A team
- Support SOX controls and regional governance, including revenue cash flow and CapEx planning
- Identify and implement finance automation and AI practices to improve forecasting and closing timelines
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and data quality
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or CFA is a plus
- 7–10 years in FP&A and Finance Business Partnering
- At least 5 years in a Manager role in an international, matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Advanced analytical skills with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Experience in multicurrency, multicountry EMEA environment is advantageous
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
