Join our strategic hydrogen infrastructure project in North-West Germany, part of a major national initiative to accelerate the transition to low-carbon industrial energy. We are currently seeking a a Project Control Engineer for our project near Düsseldorf, Germany, to manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting throughout all phases of execution. The role requires daily presence on site. Key Responsibilities Responsible for set up of the Progress Measurement System. Monitor and control Project Schedule and Progress, provide current status update and analysis to relevant stakeholders (i.e., Project Management and Client). Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports including all supporting documentation in accordance with corporate guidelines, Project Scope of Work and Contract requirements. Participating in Daily/Weekly progress meeting with Subcontractor, Client or Project Management. Prepare quantity, productivity and efficiency analysis with the support of Quantity Surveyor. Participate in change and claim process or possible Extension of Time and incorporates of the changes into the schedule. Support the Quantity Surveyor in the review of Progress report of suppliers and subcontractors. Requirements Fluency in English and German (mandatory, due to project/client communication needs) ; Valid work authorization for Germany is required for this position; Availability for a prompt start is preferred Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Minimum 3 years of experience in project control in industrial or infrastructure projects Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems Strong foundation in planning, cost control, earned value analysis, and risk assessment Accuracy, problem-solving ability, and organizational discipline under time pressure Project Management certifications (PMP®, IPMA) are a plus This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
