Your Role

You will own the product area within our Client Facing Platforms, building internal tools and solutions that help Bonial deliver value to our retail partners at scale. Your team focuses on internal tools covering contract fulfillment management, client’s campaign management and tracking. You will work closely with engineers, designers, data analysts and operations teams, and report directly to the Head of Product.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the product roadmap and vision for your area, making clear prioritisation calls including what not to build

• Run continuous discovery Clients and internal users to deeply understand workflows, pain points and needs

• Lead the full product lifecycle from problem framing and scoping through to shipping, measuring outcomes and iterating

• Define success metrics and track the performance of your products

• Align diverse stakeholders across Business Operations, Sales, Engineering teams and Data

• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories for your team

Job requirements

What You Bring:

• Product Management experience in an agile organisation, with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end

• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to align competing priorities and drive decisions across teams

• Data-driven and tech-savvy – you can self-serve on data, form hypotheses and engage deeply with engineers on technical solutions

• Pragmatic and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and break complex problems into tangible pieces

• Experience working with internal users and developing internal tooling

• Familiarity with inventory management, ad delivery, campaign operations or external tracking integrations is an advantage
