Your Responsibilities:
- Implement the requirements in Salesforce in an agile development process, technically and primarily configurative.
- Support the users in the different departments (Sales, Sales Operations, Operations, Finance).
- Deploy appropriate solution designs from the Sales Cloud.
- Take care of the operation of the solutions used, as well as their further development.
- Make customizations and enhancements in Salesforce and implement changes on your own.
- Experience with Development tools like VSCode, deployments tools and Dataloader.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Create and maintain custom objects, Flows, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process automation.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems.
- Configure Salesforce features such as Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Page Layouts, and Permission Sets to align with business requirements.
- Implement Salesforce declarative features, including Flow, Process Builder, and App Builder.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and recommend best practices.
- Collaborate with other developers and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including data integrity checks.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Experience in Sales/Service Cloud, experience with ADvendio/CPQ process is a plus.
- It’s ideal if you have a certification as Salesforce Developer (Salesforce certified Platform Developer I).
