What your job brings
As one of Germany's top online stores, we are looking for you to join our Operations team. You will keep an overview of the "health status" of our web store, take over monitoring, incident management and the monitoring of our web application firewall (WAF). With your flair for security and performance, you will ensure a smooth and protected shopping experience. Sounds exciting? You will proactively monitor the status of our web stores, take responsibility for on-call duty and support the business teams with technical expertise. You will also keep an eye on our WAF, detect threats at an early stage and thus reliably secure our platform.
Your contribution
As IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, selection, implementation and reliable operation of our own solutions for monitoring and incident management. You will also monitor our WAF, detect security anomalies at an early stage and thus protect our web stores from threats.
As part of our Operations team, you will work closely with Business IT and Tech to keep the online store stable and efficient. You are the central point of contact for incidents and ensure quick solutions with an overview and communication.

Your education
Completed training in the field of IT systems integration, a degree in computer science or comparable knowledge.
Your experience.
Several years of experience in IT operations or IT application management, e.g. in second or third level support, ideally supplemented by knowledge of monitoring and configuring web application firewalls (WAF).
Good knowledge of log analysis and monitoring with tools such as Icinga/Nagios, Grafana, Splunk and knowledge of SIEM systems, IDS/IPS or cloud security. You also have experience in monitoring and analyzing web application firewalls (WAF)
Agile mindset and an independent way of working. Strong communication skills and enjoy communicating with colleagues Quick comprehension and analytical mindset combined with high service, customer and team orientation.
