Boost inc is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to be the central point of contact for our Digital Workplace Ecosystem in Ticino, Switzerland. You will resolve day-to-day software and hardware issues, onboard users, and drive hands-on rollouts for tools like VMS, MDM, and CRM platforms while ensuring a seamless global software stack.
You will manage hardware provisioning, track licenses, and standardize IT processes for our international team across six countries.
