Senior Cloud Application Security Architect
Location: Remote / Flexible
We are headhunting for an AppSec Cloud Security Architect to play a critical role in shaping and securing cloud infrastructure. If you’re an experienced cybersecurity professional with deep technical expertise, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and integrating security at scale across our cloud environment (AWS & Azure).
- Working cross-functionally to drive secure product development and cloud security initiatives.
- Evaluating cloud security posture, with a focus on design and architecture rather than tooling.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to glue together complex cloud systems securely.
- Conducting deep security architecture reviews and ensuring security best practices are followed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in cloud security, product security, and cybersecurity architecture.
- Direct experience in AWS in a multicloud security environment.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security design and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes Architecture , Cloud Native Security, and AppSec.
- Ability to review security controls without relying on automated tooling .
- Experience working at scale and driving security initiatives for complex cloud environments.
- Able to confidently explain how security systems work at a deep level.
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required):
- OSCP, TOGAF, or relevant security accreditations.
- Experience with scripting (Python preferred, but not mandatory).
