Support the Marine Corps and Air Force by providing expertise in highly specialized financial, programmatic, and business analysis to support senior leadership\’s decisions. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, for data entry, analysis, and program management. Participate in policy analysis related to DoD training initiatives. Coordinate meetings and planning events for Component Command operations, ensuring timely financial data with Combatant Commands. Resolve complex programmatic and financial issues using analytic judgment. Work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience supporting military or government agencies in program financial management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Knowledge of laws, policies, and regulations related to DoD training programs
• Effective communication and ability to interpret client needs
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Secret security clearance
• Bachelor\’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with military planning processes such as Joint Planning, Marine Corps Planning, or Military Decision-Making Process
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Master’s degree

Clearance: Secret clearance required

Compensation: Salary range $86,800 – $198,000 annually. Benefits include health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, professional development, and more.

Work Model: On-site in Stuttgart, with some flexibility depending on role.
