Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain strategic IT programs.
• Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to complex problems.
• Mentor or supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in IT or digital modernization.
• 3+ years experience in large-scale network architecture, using DODAF or TOGAF.
• Experience with work at Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Major Command.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and delivering IT projects.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve risks and conflicts.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Educational requirements vary based on experience: HS diploma +11 years, Associate\’s +7 years, Bachelor\’s +3 years.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Knowledge of systems modeling tools, especially Cameo.
• Vendor management skills.
• Independent work capability.
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• PMP Certification.

Clearance

TS/SCI clearance required; involves security investigation.

Compensation

Range: $99,000 – $225,000 annually, based on various factors including location and experience. Benefits include health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, and professional development.
