Overview

As an Operations and Lessons Learned Analyst, you will bring your operations, tactical, technical, and service component command background to collaborate with thought leaders in Army operations and lessons learned on projects for the Department of Defense. You’ll use your skills to research, develop, analyze, and assess lessons learned and plan operations. You’ll work to identify, analyze, and evaluate lessons learned while planning and integrating them into complex military activities related to foreign threats or homeland security as part of service or joint missions.

You Have

  • 2+ years of experience working on a Division headquarters level or higher
  • 3+ years of experience planning or executing military operations
  • Knowledge of developing and integrating lessons learned
  • Knowledge of the military decision-making process and how to apply it
  • Ability to develop plans, documents, and briefings for senior military and civilian leaders
  • Ability to effectively and coherently brief senior military and civilian leaders on developed plans and operations
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor\’s degree

Nice If You Have

  • Experience working at or with a military training center
  • Knowledge of the lessons learned process
  • Ability to understand and work with GenAI platforms
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master\’s degree
  • Graduate of a military service staff college
  • GenAI or Lessons Learned Certification

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
