Overview
As an Operational Planner, you will integrate strategic, operational, and analytical expertise to coordinate planning for Army operations in Europe and Africa. You will develop CONOPs, orders, and campaign plans, and support deliberate and crisis action planning, logistics, and joint/interagency coordination. You’ll lead mission planning, analyze policies, and drive programs that enable real-world outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape planning at senior levels within a multinational, mission-focused environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- lead and participate in mission planning and logistic planning
- develop and implement programs and provide subject matter expertise for CONOPs, CONPLANs, and OPLANs
- analyze policies and procedures to support deliberate and crisis action planning
- coordinate planning and activities with Army Service Component Commands and joint/multinational partners
- assist in planning and coordinating exercises, training, and operational activities
- tackle emerging priorities and develop Campaign Plans for headquarters
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 6+ years of military operations experience
- 2+ years in Military Decision-Making Process, planning, tasking, and executing operations/exercises at Division level or higher
- 2+ years writing CONOPS and Orders
- 2+ years working with NATO Allies, Partner Nations, and the Inter-Agency
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
