IT PROJECT MANAGER
You know that project managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats: from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees’ growth. As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
- Experience as an IT Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex projects
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies, including ServiceNow
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
- Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience with running and facilitating software and hardware implementation projects or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with running and facilitating software and hardware implementation projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Secret clearance
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with ServiceNow project and resource management tool
- Experience with SAFe Agile
- Possession of strong leadership and team management skills
- Possession of excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Compensation:
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
