The Opportunity:
As Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) Program Coordinator, you have the chance to shape USEUCOM training and exercises by managing LVC efforts within the USEUCOM area of responsibility (AOR). You will coordinate cross-functionally across the headquarters and components to build a long-range plan for LVC interoperability and maturity. On our team, you will work up and out with Joint Staff, stakeholders in the LVC community, Allies, and international partners. Grow your skills and experience managing the execution of technical projects and programs. Your customer will trust you to review the state of LVC within the AOR, derive requirements through working groups you lead, review policy and standards, and facilitate Joint and Allied integration within the LVC environment.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) simulation models, environments, and standards

  • Experience in program management in the defense, national security, or aerospace domains

  • Experience working with senior leadership to secure funding, resources, and stakeholder buy-in

  • Ability to develop a long-term strategic plan for LVC initiatives that align with organizational goals

  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to varied audiences

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Associate’s degree in engineering or computer science and 8+ years of experience in planning military exercises or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science and 3+ years of experience in planning military exercises

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working with NATO, Allies, or international partners

  • Experience in project management methodologies such as PMI PMBOK or Agile

  • Experience with Maven Smart System

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk, while coordinating with cross-functional teams

  • Possession of an adaptive and introspective mindset with a willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow

  • Possession of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Completion of advanced graduate-level military studies school

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
