Overview
In this role you will advise government clients on CI and HUMINT plans and policies, support ongoing contingency operations, and consult on OPLANs and TASKORDs to optimize operations. You will coordinate joint exercise life cycle planning and provide exercise support to enhance readiness. The work centers on helping clients understand classified plans and policy, while leveraging AI tools to improve planning and analysis. This is a mission-driven role where you shape strategic or operational outcomes at theater and national levels.

- 10+ years of DoD experience
- 5+ years on HQ staff or Combatant Command planning/policy experience
- 5+ years on command-level exercises; familiarity with JTIMS, JTT, DRRS
- Experience with AI applications and LLMs to aid planning
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community missions and interrelationships
- Theater-level CI/HUMINT operations knowledge
- Clear and concise communication with peers and senior leadership
