Overview
As an Intelligence Planner, you help translate complex data into actionable intelligence for military decision-makers. You will develop OPLANS and CONPLANS, assemble intelligence staff packages, and integrate multiple data sources to support critical decisions. Your work shapes theater objectives and informs senior leaders under time pressure. You will mentor colleagues and grow your skills through cross-functional collaboration, contributing to national security outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop OPLANS and CONPLANS and related intel products for clients
- Integrate SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT data to build assessments
- Validate information and apply tradecraft to support plan development
- Provide time-critical recommendations to senior decision-makers
- Lead and mentor analysts; share expertise across the team
- Collaborate with Joint Staff, NISPs, and Combat Support Agencies; brief leadership
- Prepare and maintain multi-domain campaign and contingency plans including bases, annexes, and tabs
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of intelligence planning experience
- 5+ years with JPP and JIPOE (including COG analysis, ECOA, Annex B)
- 2+ years in intelligence planning at COCOM, NIA, or Service Component level
- Experience designing multi-domain campaigns and contingency plans
- Experience collaborating with Joint Staff, NISPs, and Combat Support Agencies; briefing senior leadership
- Experience with IC-standard intelligence tools and MS Office 365
- Ability to travel up to 25% within and outside the USEUCOM AOR
- TS/SCI clearance
