In this role you will manage and sustain government security records and clearance processes, enabling trusted access for DoD/IC personnel. You will work within a security program team to ensure physical, personnel, and information safeguards across facilities and programs. You’ll lead classification handling and clearance validation, mentor teammates, and contribute to innovative solutions in a high-stakes environment. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Process and maintain records and procedures for government security clearances
- Administer security programs (physical, personnel, information)
- Lead classification material handling, marking, and clearance validation
- Mentor and supervise teammates, working with cross-functional security teams
- Collaborate to develop innovative solutions for complex security problems
- Ensure compliance with applicable DoD/IC regulations and SCIF management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of DoD or IC security program experience
- 2+ years in personnel security, including DISS, EQIP, Scattered Castles, clearance processing, background investigations, and related security areas
- Knowledge of IC and DoD regulations for collateral and SCIF management
- Ability to lead handling of classified material and security clearance validation
- Active passport and TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work on a team
- Eligible for security investigation and eligibility for access to classified information
