In this role you will manage equipment and asset readiness for Army operations, ensuring asset visibility and accountability across property and maintenance processes. You’ll coordinate maintenance, track inventory, and document in GCSS-A and DST, supporting mission-critical logistics. You work with cross-functional teams to improve property administration and APS readiness, delivering practical solutions to complex logistics challenges. Verantwortungsbereiche
- manage asset visibility and accountability activities for Army equipment and government property
- track, receive, and reconcile inventory and property; coordinate maintenance schedules
- document and update information in GCSS-A and Decision Support Tool (DST)
- oversee lifecycle maintenance of Army equipment, installation property, and GFE
- identify and implement process improvements in property administration and maintenance tracking
- support theater APS readiness and conduct or participate in customer meetings
- develop innovative solutions to complex logistics and maintenance problems
- perform miscellaneous tasks to support mission needs
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4+ years in government property management and property accountability
- experience with APS equipment inventory and Army property management
- experience with DST, Installation Property Book and Inventory List management, DD1149 and DD1428 or disposal processing
- proficiency with databases and tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint)
- knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and PGI regulations and government installation property
- knowledge of logistics and asset visibility operations
