Operational Influence Platform Country Lead
The Opportunity:
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
You will represent an Operational Influence Platform (OIP) as a Country Lead supporting Military Information Support Operations (MISO) in the development and implementation of marketing efforts and advertising campaigns designed to provide awareness and increase engagement among citizens within the European Area of Responsibility (AOR). You’ll apply a strong working knowledge of strategic communications and European markets, along with expertise in assessment gathering and coordination activities. Represent an OIP program in contingency MISO planning efforts, functional plan development and validation, coordination, and integration in conjunction with Department of Defense (DoD) components and interagency partners. You’ll coordinate meetings and engagements with key stakeholders including Booz Allen, subcontractors, and DoD clients, and support program management activities including financial management, staffing, and subcontracting.
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in the marketing or strategic communications field
- 8+ years of experience with program management
- Experience with Psychological Operations (PSYOP), military intelligence, public affairs, or strategic communication
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience at the U.S. military combatant command or component level
- Experience with joint planning and interagency coordination
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings at the general officer level
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
