Operations and Effects IntegratorThe Opportunity:As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our client’s most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.As an Operations and Effects Integrator, you’ll bring your consulting, strategic, tactical, technical, and military decision-making process (MDMP), expertise to work alongside thought leaders in a Combatant Command branch. You’ll use your skills and expertise to guide the work we do for your client and the solutions we deliver for operational planning. You’ll help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of joint fires and effects, you’ll recommend entities for development and integration into fire battle rhythm events and Joint Cycles. Understand non-kinetic synchronization, integration, and phasing for a layering of effects for Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs). As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure.You’ll share your expertise with other integrators through leadership and mentoring.
