Strategic and Operational Assessment Planner

Key Role:

Coordinates and conducts methodical research, evaluates the operational environment, and provides empirical evidence on the impacts on vulnerable populations and how that affects the achievement of campaign plan objectives. Produces assessment products based on strategic and operational level analysis of operations, activities, and investments’ (OAIs) impact on USEUCOM’s campaign plans. Refines large volumes of data to produce high-fidelity, highly distilled, and qualitative results. Clearly, concisely, and effectively communicates findings in writing and verbal communication and organizes, plans, and authors finished analysis reports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the military
  • 7+ years of experience as an industry or government professional in IW or UW, CT, CWMD operations, or security cooperation authorities
  • Experience as a Special Operations officer
  • Ability to quickly assimilate into and contribute to a multi-functional team
  • Excellent research capabilities and critical thinking skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience serving in joint commands
  • Experience in the European theater of operations
  • Experience with military targeting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
