ERP Application Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsible for 1st level support with a focus on business applications (e.g. ERP, CRM)
- Recording, prioritizing and solving support cases
- System administration and user management of various applications
- Creation of documentation
- Close cooperation with the 2nd level of application and process management
- Analysis of business requirements and development of solution concepts in the entire business applications landscape of BORA
- Interface between business department, software partner and IT
- Coordination and management of external service providers
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training in the field of computer science or comparable professional experience or studies with a focus on business informatics
- High IT affinity and understanding of cross-application and cross-departmental business processes (e.g. order flow and scheduling, delivery date determination)
- Experience in working with database systems
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Very good interface skills and strong communication skills
- Experience in working with JavaScript an advantage
- Experience in AP+ and eGecko an advantage
- You have the ability to work in a team, a high level of personal responsibility and a service-oriented manner
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
