For our location in Raubling/Upper Bavaria (near Rosenheim) we are looking for a full-time employee to join our team with immediate effect:
Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist (all genders)
Your Tasks
- Administration, configuration and further development of the Microsoft O365 environment, with a special focus on SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate
- Development and implementation of workflows and processes in Power Automate to optimize and automate business processes
- Creation of custom applications and forms in PowerApps for different business requirements
- Management and maintenance of SharePoint sites, libraries, authorizations and metadata
- Collaboration with specialist departments to analyze requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Ensuring adherence to security and compliance guidelines within the O365 environment
- Troubleshooting and support for technical issues related to O365 tools and services
- Training and support of end users in the use of SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the O365 platform
- Documentation of system changes, processes and guidelines
Your Profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications
- Completed studies with a focus on computer science or a comparable education/qualification
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Structured way of working and good self-organization
- Very good communication skills in German and English
