Aufgaben

• Überwachung der Indikatoren und Ziele, die der Qualitätsabteilung zugewiesen werden und Durchführung der entsprechenden Maßnahmen
• Entwicklung und Einführung aller unternehmensweiten Qualitätssicherungsrichtlinien und -programme
• Beratung zu Qualitätsprogrammen, die zu Verbesserungen bei Qualität, Kosten und Gesamteffizienz führen
• Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz am Standort für alle Mitarbeiter
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle EHS-bezogenen Fragestellungen
• Förderung eines nachhaltigen Bewusstseins für „Environment, Health and Safety“ innerhalb unseres Unternehmens
• Betriebsspezifische Gefährdungsbeurteilung und Dokumentation im GSSF durchführen
• Im Rahmen von Risikoanalysen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen Einleitung von Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen.

Profil

• Ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss, oder anderweitig erworbene Qualifikation
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Automobilbranche
• Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung
• Kenntnisse der erforderlichen Qualitätsstandards der Automobilindustrie, wie z.B. IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 für die Automobilindustrie.
• Zertifizierung als Qualitätsmanager wünschenswert
• PSB (Produktsicherheitsbeauftragter) Zertifizierung wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Gefährdungsbeurteilung und Umweltschutz
• Abschluss als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit wünschenswehrt
• Kommunikationsstärke über alle Hierarchie-Ebenen hinweg, hohe Analysefähigkeit sowie Problemlösungskompetenz und eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse ergänzen Ihre Expertise
