Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technical possibilities and gather user requirements for system customizations, such as workflows and interfaces.
- Provide troubleshooting and support to users to ensure smooth system operation.
- Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring system status, performing upgrades and validation, troubleshooting performance issues, bugs, and user errors, and optimizing system performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user training materials.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Java.
- Knowledge of REST, SQL databases, and tools such as Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Ant; familiarity with CI/CD tools like JUnit, Jenkins, Github Actions is a plus.
- Industry and process experience with Windchill PLM or other PTC products (MPMLink, Creo, ThingWorx) is preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Creativity, logical and structured thinking, with a passion for technical solutions.
