Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technical possibilities and gather user requirements for system customizations, such as workflows and interfaces.
• Provide troubleshooting and support to users to ensure smooth system operation.
• Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring system status, performing upgrades and validation, troubleshooting performance issues, bugs, and user errors, and optimizing system performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user training materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Java.
• Knowledge of REST, SQL databases, and tools such as Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Ant; familiarity with CI/CD tools like JUnit, Jenkins, Github Actions is a plus.
• Industry and process experience with Windchill PLM or other PTC products (MPMLink, Creo, ThingWorx) is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Creativity, logical and structured thinking, with a passion for technical solutions.
