Job Description
- During the internship, you will get the chance to contribute within an international environment at the Mobility Aftermarket business unit for Brake Components, Spark Plugs, Rotating Machines, Portfolio Goods, Filter and Energy/Battery.
- Close communication with external suppliers and internal customers will be part of the daily business.
- Take an active role in planning, tracking and escalating supplier audits for the business unit’s supplier database.
- You will follow up and support the application of Production and Product Approvals (PPA) via Electronic Initial Sample Inspection Report (eISIR) for new product releases, changes and re-qualifications.
- In addition, you will also be responsible for 8D problem solving; requesting, tracking, reviewing/assessing and escalating supplier complaints in SAP R/3.
- Data analysis and automation of quality processes (e.g. claim and investigation process) will also be part of your responsibilities.
- With your support in digitalization projects (e.g. PowerBI-Dashboards or Intranet-page creation) and process developments, you will redound the Head of Department and team in reaching their targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor studies in the field of Engineering, Business Engineering, Quality Management or comparable.
- Experience and Knowledge: in quality management, very good MS Office knowledge (Excel), practical experience (internship), SAP would be an advantage.
- Personality and Working Practice: a self-motivated person with a structured way of working and good communication skills.
- Languages: fluent English, additional language is a plus.
