About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing returns and international orders. You will provide functional leadership to a small team, work closely with the Head of Logistics, and develop solutions to optimize processes and ensure logistics efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Manage returns and international orders while maintaining daily communication with logistics service providers.
- Provide functional leadership to a team of Third Party Logistics Managers, with the opportunity to expand your leadership responsibilities.
- Make strategic decisions in close coordination with the Head of Logistics and ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor deliveries and shipments, develop solutions for issues, and ensure specific requirements are met.
- Actively contribute to projects focused on process optimization and the integration of new logistics providers.
- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate KPIs to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Record goods movements in the Odoo ERP system and review invoices from logistics service providers.
