Your internship combines the exciting aspects of two worlds. You will use your expertise to promote the marketing and clear communication of our attractive HR portfolio within the organization. In addition, you will gain deep insights into the world of HR and organizational development which you will actively shape in line with our mission statement: enjoy, grow, perform.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on designing the department’s presence on various platforms and marketing the portfolio consisting of various topics like learning and development, talent development, leadership, and culture.
- Independently and creatively design communication materials such as presentations, websites, and other online content.
- Involved in the conceptual and operational aspects of cultural and organizational development, including the organization and implementation of workshops, meetings, and network events.
- Preparation of presentations and other documents.
- Gain insight into various HR expertise fields such as talent development, diversity, mentoring, and competency management.
- Learn about cross-functional collaboration within the expert team and beyond with international contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: advanced studies in the field of Media or Communication Science, Media and Communication Design, Economics with a specialization in Marketing, Corporate Communications or comparable.
- Personality and Working Practice: creative, communicative, open-minded, structured, reliable, proactive, goal-oriented, and strong implementation skills.
- Experience and Knowledge: competent handling of MS Office programs, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience with HTML and elements of the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign and Illustrator) desirable; experience in marketing and social media advantageous.
- Enthusiasm: interest in HR topics and joy in working with interdisciplinary and international teams.
- Languages: very good in German and English.
