Job Description
- As cash manager you manage and maintain bank accounts, including account openings, closings, and conducting KYC processes with banking partners.
- You analyze and manage the group’s global liquidity and cash position to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for the development, execution and monitoring of daily cash operations, including cash disposition and liquidity forecasts.
- You support the implementation and optimization of global cash pooling structures and liquidity planning processes.
- In addition, you analyze cash flow data and provide insights to optimize liquidity planning and cash allocation.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cash management processes and streamline treasury operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a comparable qualification with a focus on corporate treasury, cash management and liquidity planning.
- Work Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international environment; sound experience in corporate treasury, with a focus on cash management, liquidity planning, and daily treasury operations; proven knowledge of global liquidity management and cash flow analysis; deep understanding of IT infrastructure and treasury management systems supporting cash management processes.
- Personality and Working Practice: strong communicator, strategic thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent, responsible, process- and performance-orientated, analytical as well as structured working method.
- Languages: excellent written and spoken English and German language skills; other language skills beneficial.
