Job Description
As a JMP in Manufacturing Digitalization & Automation, you will shape the Bosch Group’s manufacturing of the future. You will drive the digitalization of manufacturing, support Industry 4.0 projects and develop digital solutions for internal production or external customers. Together with us you lay the foundation for your future as a manager. For us, leadership means continuously advancing yourself and other people, influencing existing processes and thus achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals.

- Flexible starting date all year round and a permanent employment contract
- Individual program length and design your program in agile product areas, corporate start-ups or classic line organizations with a wide range of workshops and trainings
- Composition of the trainee program from 4-6 stations in different business units and cross functional departments
- One station abroad worldwide within the Bosch Group
- Deep dive in day-to-day business and projects
- Preparation for a global management role with your personal career mentor from top-management within Bosch
Qualifications
- Personality: You have a passion for production technology. You enjoy inspiring other people. You consider courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness to be attitudes worth striving for.
- Background: You have completed your master’s or diploma degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or similar with above-average grades. Your focus is on topics such as lean production, quality management, automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence. You may already have a PhD or some professional experience.
- Experience and know-how: You have international experience of at least three months and have gained practical experience through relevant industrial internships, preferably in medium-sized companies or start-ups. You have a very good command of English and an excellent command of German.
