Job Description
Ready to bring the mobility of tomorrow to the customer? We are looking for sales-oriented master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will shape the future of sales in our Mobility sector through our Junior Managers Program. If you have a passion for customers, think strategically, and can’t wait to start an outstanding leadership career in sales, we want to hear from you.
Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of something that makes a real difference: bringing technologies to the road. You will rotate through various sales departments—in Germany and worldwide—and learn how innovative products, software, and services are successfully established in the mobility market. Your mission: understand customers, develop solutions, and win deals.
You won’t just collaborate—you will convince, negotiate, and create impact. You will be close to the customer, bring in your own ideas, and directly see how your work drives business success.
What you will learn and develop with us
- You will learn how sales truly works in the mobility environment—from the initial customer idea to the successful closing.
- You will actively shape customer projects, develop sales strategies, and participate in negotiations that make a real impact.
- You will work with international customers, interdisciplinary teams, and your personal mentor to develop into the next generation of sales leaders.
Your academic foundation
You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree, e.g., in Engineering, Business Administration, or (Business) Informatics—and have a strong interest in bridging the gap between technology and business.
Qualifications
- Personality: You are passionate about mobility and enjoy working with customers and partners. You enjoy inspiring other people. You consider courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness to be attitudes worth striving for.
- Background: Your strong technical passion drives you to create innovative customer solutions and pioneer new business models. You hold an above-average master's or diploma degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (e.g., Economic Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Technology Management, International Sales Management & Technology). Additionally, you may bring added value through an MBA, PhD, or relevant professional experience, positioning you as a forward-thinking expert ready to make a significant impact.
- Experience and know-how: You have international experience of at least three months and have gained practical experience through challenging internships, e.g. in the mobility industry, at consultancies, start-ups or IT service providers. You have a very good command of German and English.
