Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Origify\’s market share.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries (luxury goods, industrial traceability, high-security printing, and medical).
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Origify.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and refine product offerings.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue, providing regular updates to management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Represent Bosch Secure Authentication GmbH at industry events and conferences.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies and best practices.
- Effectively utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and report on sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the luxury goods or one of the other target industries and selling SaaS solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in German and English.
