Support the full E2E implementation of regulatory and risk related Change the Bank (CtB) projects, including analysis, requirements engineering, solution design, documentation, testing, and rollout
Act as a subject matter interface for advisory/suitability processes and regulatory obligations (e.g., trade reporting)
Liaise with global stakeholders across Products, Markets, Compliance, Operations, and IT
Ensure proper alignment with SDLC and agile delivery standards
Drive project governance, documentation, and reporting using Confluence, JIRA and MS Office tools
Requirements
Completed degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
5–7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in a comparable banking environment
Proven track record in regulatory implementations (e.g., FIDLEG, MiFID, MiFIR, FinFrag, EMIR, SEC, FCA, trade reporting)
Strong understanding of products and trading systems/processes in global private banking
Solid IT affinity with understanding of SDLC and agile practices
Strong command of MS Office and project management tools (Confluence, JIRA)
Language skills: Business fluent English (C1/C2)

Independent worker with strong ownership, motivation, and a positive mindset
Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Strong communication and coordination skills when working with stakeholders at various levels
