Tasks Analyse and document business requirements for changes and enhancements to the TEMOS platform Initiate, plan, and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations Act as primary liaison between Credit Risk, Relationship Management, Product certifications (PMP, CBAP, SAFe) are a plus Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI or similar reporting environments Proficiency in writing and interpreting SQL queries to interrogate structured datasets Fluency in German and English Soft Skills A natural team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse business and technical stakeholders Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive topics to completion Highly service‑oriented mindset with focus on supporting front office teams Communicates in a clear, structured, and professional manner Open, proactive, and solution oriented with a strong interest in improving processes and data quality Structured, precise, and resilient working style, with the ability to perform under pressure High level of integrity and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
