What You\’ll Do

As an Analyst with BCG Vantage in the Technology and Digital Advantage practice, you will join a growing global team providing technology and digital expertise, analysis, and advisory support to BCG case and proposal teams.

You will act as a thought partner and subject-matter expert, supporting clients in executing IT and technology transformations aimed at building world-class technology functions. Responsibilities include shaping IT and technology strategies, developing collaboration and operating models across business, digital, and technology domains, designing future IT and digital workforce setups, driving operational efficiency, and assessing clients\‘ technology performance across multiple dimensions.

You will also contribute to commercialization efforts with business leaders through analysis and insights for proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials. Additionally, as an Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will help develop intellectual property and assets for the business.

You\’re Good At

• Applying expertise in Technology Transformation & Strategy to solve complex client problems with targeted analytical approaches and customized solutions
• Communicating confidently with case teams and stakeholders
• Collaborating effectively in virtual and dynamic team environments, proficient in agile methodologies
• Being flexible, curious, and creative, proposing innovative ideas
• Navigating complexity and ambiguity

What You\’ll Bring

• Master\’s degree relevant to Tech/IT Transformation & Strategy; 1+ year of relevant consulting experience preferred
• Or Bachelor\’s degree with at least 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years in industry in Tech/IT Transformation & Strategy
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
