What You\’ll Do

As a conscientious and dynamic Talent Junior Specialist for Central Europe (CE), you’ll be part of our CE Talent Management Unit, responsible for the staffing and career development of our Senior Consulting Staff. You’ll support the team by performing organizational and administrative HR work, handling multiple assignments in parallel. Your duties include:

• Supporting the preparation and follow‑up of career development meetings, compiling relevant documents, and managing meeting logistics.
• Responsibly managing the evaluation management process for Senior Consulting Staff and acting as point of contact for process questions.
• Compiling and reviewing HR statistics and summaries; maintaining our internal HR database.
• Contributing to strategic projects related to diversity initiatives, vacation management, Career Advisor coordination, and quality management.

What You\’ll Bring

• You have successfully completed commercial training or a bachelor’s degree.
• Practical experience in operational HR work, preferably in an international, service‑oriented company.
• You are highly proficient in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

Who You\’ll Work With

You will be part of a 15‑person team distributed across the Munich and Düsseldorf offices, characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Integrity is our highest priority. You will report to the Talent Management Director for Senior Consulting Staff in Central Europe (CE), who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally, and you will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
