What You\'ll Do

We seek a strong candidate to partner closely with the AI Transformation Leadership Team as a Senior Program Manager for AI Transformation. As a Senior Manager, you will lead offer development and go-to-market strategies to support our growth, including:

• Product Strategy and Planning: Drive annual planning for our AI Transformation offerings, identifying client needs, differentiating from competitors, developing solution architectures, and connecting with other BCG offers.
• Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with functional teams to align priorities and develop tailored content, campaigns, and client engagement strategies.
• IP Development: Support creation of strategic playbooks and end-to-end AI transformation approaches.
• Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Establish KPIs, track business progress, and report to leadership, including the COO and practice leads.
• Prioritization and Backlog Management: Help teams align on priorities and manage activities related to offer development, marketing, and external engagement.
• Product Development: Contribute to developing and disseminating the AI Transformation offer with experts and knowledge teams.
• Marketing and Communication: Develop product narratives and communication plans in collaboration with leadership and marketing teams.
• Sales and Execution Support: Build internal capabilities, support proposal development, and enable team training and enablement.

Skills

Successful candidates will operate effectively in a start-up mode within BCG, managing multiple projects with strong project management, communication, and consulting skills. Key abilities include:

• Solid foundation in technology and practical experience in data, digital, and AI transformation roles.
• Ability to orchestrate complex agendas, align senior leadership, and prioritize activities across distributed teams.
• Efficient project execution, supporting multiple activities with strong communication and analytics skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with diverse teams and senior leaders.

What You\'ll Bring

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 0-12 years of industry experience, ideally in digital, analytics, or transformation roles within large corporations or startups.
• Previous experience at BCG or in consulting roles is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and high motivation for AI applications.

• Strong work ethic, autonomous, proactive, and service-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and operate effectively in fast-paced, matrix environments.
• Understanding of complex technological concepts and latest trends in digital and AI technologies.

The (Gen)AI product team drives intellectual property development and global go-to-market strategies for AI across BCG. This role reports to Tauseef Charanya, Senior Director of (Gen) , and collaborates with various resources and teams involved in AI transformation.
